Step Two: EDIT
The EDIT Process involves transferring elements from the description created in Step One to spreadsheet format in order to provide an encapsulated version of your dream: an Information Specification, or InfoSpeck. There are four stages to this process: Extract elements; Distill the text; Illustrate as desired; then Transmit.
Extract significant elements from the descriptive paragraph by highlighting the desired text (click and hold) and then moving (dragging) that text to the destination cell within the spreadsheet window. Repeat for each significant element.
Distill each element of isolated text to: a verb and a noun, at a minimum, and then add additional text necessary to clarify.
Illustrate elements of information as desired: include links to images (photos or video) or audio recordings to enhance the written text for a line item, placing the links in an adjoining cell. At this point, the InfoSpeck becomes your working DreamSpeck.
Transmit the completed DreamSpeck to a portable form via a screen shot; either manually, or proceed to Step Three to automatically-download the spreadsheet to your phone, tablet or computer.
